Scalable modular and mobile plants are pre-manufactured and tested before arriving on site. These plants are designed for rapid and cost-effective deployment with minimal site installation time.

When a site is constrained, a timeline is tight, or conventional construction is not viable, the engineering adapts to those conditions.

Each modular plant is constructed and proven before reaching the site. Every module undergoes water testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) off-site, eliminating construction risk during commissioning. Equipment that arrives on site is already verified to function as required.

This approach results in a shorter path to production. Installation and commissioning are significantly accelerated compared to conventional methods. Civil works are minimized, and disruption to existing operations is limited. Operational capability can be achieved rapidly, often in months rather than years. MET63's modular capabilities include crushing and milling plants up to 250 TPH, flotation concentrators up to 120 TPH, gravity separation systems, and complete hydrometallurgical plants. Each solution is engineered for the specific ore body and site requirements.
