Challenge
A chrome producer required a comminution plant to process DMS lumpy and chips material within a constrained site footprint, producing minus 1mm material as feedstock for an existing spiral concentrator circuit.

Outcome
A jaw crusher, cone crusher and ball milling circuit was designed, built and commissioned to specification, delivering the required product size to the downstream spiral concentrator.
