Challenge
A demonstration-scale plant for high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate had to fit inside an existing building on a constrained, access-limited site in sub-Saharan Africa. Conventional construction was not an option.

Outcome
MET63 designed and built a modular, skid-based demonstration plant engineered specifically to the building’s footprint and access constraints. The client now has a working facility that demonstrates the process at scale, ahead of any decision on commercial-scale production.
