MET63 specialises in designing and constructing mobile plants that are scalable, cost-effective, and quick to deploy.
The mobile plants include gravity separation using Dense Media Separation and Spiral separation, milling plants, hydrometallurgical plants, and flotation concentrator plants. These plants are pre-manufactured and tested, requiring minimal installation time on-site.
Their modular design also allows for reduced commissioning time, resulting in faster production start-up. This approach provides an efficient solution for meeting increasing processing demands and allows for easy relocation of the plants to different sites, providing added flexibility to clients.
We have designed several mobile dense media separation and spiral plants currently operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
These plants are designed to be operated with limited requirements for civil- and earthworks. As they are pre-manufactured and tested, the plants require limited site installation time and have reduced commissioning time.
Because of the Modular design, MET63’s mobile Modular plants can be rapidly remobilised to new sites for current or new clients.

MET63’s Modular Flotation Plants are designed to provide a complete flotation solution for small to medium scale mineral processing operations.
These plants are available in various capacities, with the largest capable of processing up to 120 tph. The plants are modular in design, meaning they can be broken down into several modules, including milling, flotation, filtration, and product handling. This modular approach allows for quick and easy installation, as well as flexible capacity adjustments to meet changing processing requirements.
