MET63 has developed two technologies for hydrometallurgical processing of minerals, SimPLer and FLeXor.
The SimPLer is a modular leach technology for small scale(<50tph) processing of high grade ores.
The FLeXor is a counter current leaching and washing system for coarse ores, offering higher metal recoveries. It is cost-effective and allows for rapid modular construction.
SimpLer & FleXoR
The Resin-in-Pulp (RnP) process recovers dissolved metals directly from high volumes of low-grade residue slurry streams by adsorbing soluble metals onto resin particles.
It offers advantages such as significant cost savings, increased metal recovery, and eliminating/reducing downstream solid-liquid separation processes.
RnP technology works on the same principle as Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) for gold recovery, and it can recover valuable metals such as Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Zinc, and Nickel lost in leach residue streams.
